Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer care. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Refunds on Cancellation

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are fully refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
